BHB’s - Sistemas de Controlo e Medida, performance is guided towards the purpose of “Seeking total satisfaction of our Clients by continuously improving our activity, minimizing the impacts of the activities developed in the Environment and the risks to the Employees”.

Since our foundation, we continuously try to improve business processes and activities we develop in a Client and market-oriented perspective. This orientation has led us to consecration and recognition as leader in several industrial and service sectors.

Due to our market action, challenges early arose, in terms of quality, becoming imperative the implementation of a quality management system Therefore, we were pioneers in our business area and marketing field in obtaining a certification from an external entity according to the international standard norm NP EN ISO 9001:2000.

The growing concern over environmental issues related with the activitied we develop as well as the safety of our technicians involved in the assembling and industrial maintenance activities lead us to an implementation of na integrated management system covering all aspects related to quality, environmental and safety management according to the referentials:

		NP EN ISO 9001:2008;
		NP EN ISO 14001:2004;
		OHSAS 18001:2007 – NP 4397:2008.

The respect for the main guiding principles is reflected in the imperative of continuously ensuring the creation of values reflected on our Clients, employees, shareholder structure and all the third parties interested with whom the company maintains a close relationship and in exercising tis business. The guarantee of these principles consists of the following lines of action:

			Applying adequate technology, able to respond to market demands;
			Creating conditions in the organization that allows it to compete with its direct competitors;
			Compliance with legal requirements, rules and regulations applicable to its activity and products or, the requirements of the Client;
			Employees awareness of the occupational hazards, as well as  compliance with the obligations in the environmental area;
			Reduction of the environmental impacts of the company’s  by controlling and reducing the waste generated;
			Reduction of the employees exposition risks during the activities developed;
			Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System effectiveness;
			Constant promotion of training and competence of all employees;
			Periodic review of its Management System particularly its objectives and goals in the Environmental and Safety Areas.
