The Multicomponent Portable Gas Analyzer allows simultaneous in-situ analysis of 5 separate gas components being an ideal solution for the Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) certification as well as spot metering issues and campaigns.
From the analysis of several modules in a single chassis it allows the CO, SO2, CO2, NO, O2 and CH4 (optional) analysis in the measuring ranges of the conventional gases analyzers.
Perfect for field and laboratory usage it can easily be transported due to its compact dimensions and low weight. It can be connected to any PC via RS-232C port or an Ethernet interface.
It also has other odd features such as an internal conditioning system with a sample pump integrated or as an option an auxiliary thermoelectric cooler for the conditioning when the gas sample includes moisture.
MEASURING PRINCIPLES:
- Non-dispersive infrared radiation (NDIR) for CO2 and cross-flow modulation for CO, SO2 and CH4;
- Chemiluminescence Detection Method for NOX;
- Galvanic Cell or Zirconium Oxide Sensor for O2.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in certification procedures;
- Spot measurement of emissions or emissions monitoring campaigns;
- Air Quality Monitoring and Evaluation;
- Environmental Impact studies.
KEY FEATURES:
- Precise in-situ measurements of 5 components from three incorporated analysis modules;
- Can be used in the field or in the laboratory, has an internal sampling condition system with a sample pump integrated;
- Robust design analyser and it is possible to be conditioned in a protected suitcase;
- Low weight, approximately 15 Kgs;
- Coloured touch screen;
- SD memory slot;
- Low warm-up time – 30 minutes for SRM specification;
- Low response time for SO2 measurement;
- Information of the number of hours of use of the main parts and the need of replacement of the consumables.
MEASURING RANGES
- NOX: 0-25/50/100/250/500/1000/2500 ppm;
- SO2: 0-200/500/1000/3000 ppm;
- CO: 0-60/100/200/500/1000 ppm;
- CO2: 0-10/20/30 vol%;
- O2: 0-5/10/25 vol%;
- CH4: 0-2000/5000 ppm (optional).
