BHB presents the new NON-INTRUSIVE LEVEL SWITCHES 

BHB is proud to present the new non-intrusive level switches for conductive and non-conductive fluids, in glass and plastic containers, from the Czech specialist manufacturer, Dinel.

 

Established in 1995, Dinel, s.r.o., is currently one of the most reputed level measurement systems manufacturers in Europe, having numerous references worldwide.

Among Dinel vast product portfolio dedicated to the level measurement, we highlight two solutions of non-intrusive level switches for conductive and non-conductive fluids:

 

DINEL GPLS-25

Through wall level switches GPLS–25 are intended for liquid (conductive and non-conductive) level detection on glass or plastic gauge-pipes, tubes and tanks.
The sensitivity and modes (SO – normally open or SC – normally closed) of the switches can be easily set by placing magnetic pen on sensitive spot.
The connection is done by means of two wires directly into a circuit with relay or to binary input of control system.

As key-features of this level switch, we highlight the following:

  • Miniature performance in plastic housing;
  • Simple sensitivity setting by means of magnetic pen;
  • Variants with fixed cable or a connector;
  • Two-wire connection directly to the relay circuit or PLC input;
  • LED state indication.

FLD-48 ''MEDUSE''

Flexible level sensor FLD–48 "Meduse" is designed for detecting level of various liquids in non-conductive vessels.
It is made from polyurethane flexible housing with flexible self adhesive layer, enabling simple attachment on flat and mildly bent surfaces of the vessel walls.
Special configuration of the sensing surfaces and control by means of single-chip microprocessor enable reliable detection of the media and concurrent elimination of settled contamination on the internal side of the vessel.
Setting of the sensor’s sensitivity is very–performed by attaching the programming wire on the positive or negative potential of the supply voltage. The sensor can be connected in the relay electrical circuit or on the control system binary inlet.

As key-features of this level switch, we highlight the following:

  • Miniature design in flexible housing, can be located on mildly bent surfaces;
  • The electrode system eliminates contamination in the vessel internal side;
  • Simple self-adhesive fixing;
  • Configuration and adjustment by third "programming" wire;
  • LED state indication.
