Vapor Pressure Process Analyzer

BHB provides a wide range of physical properties analyzers for the chemical, petrochemical industries and refineries.

The vapour pressure is the partial pressure of the saturated vapor which is in thermodynamic equilibrium with the liquid phase of the product. Depending on the composition of the product and its temperature, it is an important criterion during its transport and storage, particularly in regard to the pressure exerted on the pipes and tanks, in the cavitation it exerts on the pumps and the emissions that occur due to the vaporization of the gases.

The vapor pressure analyser automatically and cyclically measures the vapor pressure on-line in a pre-calibrated range in fuel, petroleum, liquefied gases or similar products.

This analyzer is usually provided in an integrated solution for application in the chemical, petrochemical industries and refineries.

• Expansion with piston method.
