Portable Gas Detector - Carbon Monoxide (CO)

BHB provides a wide range of portable gas detectors for confined spaces with a very light and compact design.

Built from robust impact proof materials and in compliance with the IP65 standard (water proof and dust proof) the portable gas detectors were designed for personal use in the harshest environments offering a combination of alarms with bright illumination and audible warnings.

As the limits and alarms required vary according to the countries involved, the application is configurable having each gas channel two instant predefined alarm levels. The toxic units also have TWA (Time Weighted Average – weighted average concentration by time) alarms.

Standard Gas calibration is available for methane, propane, butane, pentane, hydrogen and ethylene. It is also available in the version for safe CO₂ areas, offering carbon dioxide measurement in the 0 to 5% range.

• Easy operation – Operable from a single button, with a backlight display and emits a clear warning in case it needs calibration;
• Alarms – an audible 95 dBA alarm is combined with a double red/blue visual alarm and a vibratory internal alarm and two TWA alarm levels for toxic versions;
• Robust – in compliance with IP65 (water proof and dust proof)the case was designed with a robust polycarbonate coating providing resistance to severe impacts; 
• Flexible – offering a wide range of intelligent and interchangeable sensor solutions (oxygen, toxic and flammable gases) with an extensive registration of events and data;
• Optional – a wide range of options especially for batteries/chargers, transportation systems and software.
