Dust Concentration Monitor for Wet Gases

BHB provides a wide range of dust content analyzers using different modules according to the sample characteristics or the applications intended.

The Dust Concentration Monitor for Wet Gases is used for measuring dust concentrations in wet gases (emissions in which the temperature is below the dew point) or in very specific applications such as incineration processes.

Ideal for the analysis inaccessible emissions locations and low or medium dust concentration levels, the Dust Concentration Monitor for Wet Gases is usually provided in a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) or in a Process Analysis integrated solution.

MEASURING PRINCIPLE:

• Extractive dust concentration measurement in accordance with the scattered light principle.

• Extractive method for continuous measurement and sample dilution;
• Possible to be used in applications where the gases have a variable speed;
• Isokinetic sampling;
• Compact design which allows sampling on only one face of the chimney;
