Capacitive Levels

BHB provides a wide range of level meters using different measuring principles according to the characteristics of the sample measured as well as the applications for which they were designed.

Capacitive level meters which contain capacitive level sensors that detect the threshold level, are designed for continuous level measurement of liquids, powders, and bulk solid materials in vessels, tanks, sumps, containers, silos, ...

According to the applications intended, the sensors may contain short rods, long rods or a rope and the electrodes different coatings according to the adhesion and sensitivity levels in hazardous or electrically conductive environments.

The capacitive level meter is available in normal environments, for use in atmospheres with dust, in explosion proof versions or intrinsically safe for explosion risk areas and for use in mines with methane or presence of flammable dust.
