BHB will supply CEMS system TO KÉKÉLI POWER PLANT IN TOGO

BHB has been awarded the supply, commissioning and start-up of a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System for the new Combined Cycle Power Plant in Lomé, Togo.

 

The Spanish engineering group TSK, specialized in EPC projects, awarded BHB the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System for the new Combined Cycle Power Plant of Lomé, in Togo. 

The Combined Cycle Power Plant, Kékéli Efficient Power is expected to be operational by the end of 2020. The first operational phase was launched last June, allowing the generation of 65MW from a gas turbine. In this second stage, scheduled for the third quarter of 2021, a 18MW steam turbine will be installed, bringing the annual production of the plant to about 526GWh.

The Kékéli Power Plant is Togo´s first Combined Cycle Power Plant in Togo, a key project in the Country´s power generation network, providing energy to 1,5 million people or 20% of the population.

BHB projected and will supply the CEMS system as well as the Environmental and Process Data Management System. 

As a Turnkey Solution, BHB will also be responsible  for the local start-up of the system, as well as, for the training of the local operational team.

The project Factory Acceptance Test was held this monht in our factory being already available to be shipped to Togo.
