Hegwein, GmbH was founded in 1948 in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt. After steady growth, in 1965 administration, construction and production were merged at the present headquarters in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. Since 1996, the Hegwein GmbH is member of the DURAG GROUP.

Hegwein, GmbH develops and manufactures igniters and burners for more than twenty years, providing the latest technological developments, based on the research and test facilities from its factory in Stuttgart, Germany.
